Payment Options
MRV Cheer offers payment options with no interest or fees. Accounts must be paid in full two weeks before the start date of your reservation. If full payment is not received within this two-week window, your reservation will be canceled. Your account will receive a credit for the amount paid, which may be applied to a future camp reservation for the 2026 season, if available.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
If a camp is canceled by MRV Cheer, a full refund will be returned to the original payment method. We are not responsible for the interest, fees or charges incurred by your chosen payment method. Refund of those charges are the sole responsibility of the account holder(s). We encourage you to use your account balance towards a new reservation. Amounts paid will be converted to a MRV Cheer account credit that can be applied to a new reservation valid up to the last camp session of the 2026 season.
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the session start date are eligible for a full refund of the account balance minus a $25 processing fee. We encourage you to apply your account balance to a new reservation.
50% Refund: Cancellations made 14–29 days before the session start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the account balance. We encourage you to use your account balance towards a new reservation. Amounts paid will be converted to a MRV Cheer account credit that can be applied to a new reservation valid up to the last camp session of the 2026 season.
No Refund: Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the session start date are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Payment: If the full balance is not received by the payment deadline, see chart below, the registration will be cancelled & offered to the wait list. Any amounts paid will be converted to an account credit, valid for use towards another reservation, if available, up to the last camp session of the 2026 season.
Refund: To request a refund or cancellation, including for medical reasons, submit your request in writing at least 14 days before your reserved camp date to admin@mrvcheer.com. You will be offered an account credit & an alternate reservation if available. Your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to our $25 processing fee. Your refund will appear in your account according to your banking institution’s policy.
For payments made by check, all of the above applies. A refund check will be mailed within two weeks via the US Postal Service. Delivery timing depends on US Postal Service demand.
Wait List Policy
MRV Cheer Camp wait lists are administered on a first-come, first-served basis. If your desired camp is full, we encourage you to reserve a future camp date & sign up for our wait list. If a reservation becomes available, we will contact families on the wait list in order until a reservation is made.
